เร่งดับไฟไหม้ “ศูนย์การค้าใหญ่” – วันที่ 9 ธ.ค. เอเอฟพี รายงานว่า หน่วยดับเพลิงรัสเซียระดมกำลังเร่งควบคุมสถานการณ์ไฟไหม้ที่ ศูนย์การค้าเมก้าคิมกี ศูนย์การค้าขยนาดใหญ่ ห่างจาก ท่าอากาศยานนานาชาติเชเรเมเตียโว ในกรุงมอสโกเพียง 7 กิโลเมตร เมื่อค่ำวันที่ 8 ธ.ค.ที่ผ่านมา

กระทรวงสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินของรัสเซียโพสต์ข้อความผ่านแอพพลิเคชันเทเลแกรมว่า เพลิงไหม้ลุกลามเผาวอดพื้นที่กว่า 7,000 ตารางเมตร หรือกว้างพอๆ กับสนามฟุตบอล

ขณะที่สำนักงานแทสส์ระบุว่าความเสียหายครอบคลุมพื้นที่กว่า 18,000 ตารางเมตร และจนถึงเวลา 09.00 น. ของวันศุกร์ที่ 9 ธ.ค. เจ้าหน้าที่ยังไม่สามารถควบคุมเพลิงได้ และพบว่ามีผู้เสียชีวิตแล้วอย่างน้อย 1 ราย

ด้านแหล่งข่าวในหน่วยงานบริการฉุกเฉินกล่าวว่าเหตุไฟไหม้ครั้งนี้มีความเป็นไปได้ที่จะเกิดจากการกระทำโดยเจตนา เช่น การลอบวางเพลิง ส่วนคลิปวิดีโอบนโลกออนไลน์เผยให้เห็นไฟไหม้ลุกลามเป็นวงกว้าง และผู้คนพากันหนีตายวิ่งออกจากอาคารของศูนย์การค้า

A massive fire has erupted at a large shopping center on the outskirts of the Russian capital, with local officials saying the blaze broke out at a construction retailer and risks spreading to other departments and consuming the entire complex. /TASS/
